It’s More Than Therapy is a family-built NDIS provider with a focus on providing exceptional service with a personal touch. We are currently providing Allied Health and Disability Support Services to the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Central Coast Regions.
We offer our clients more, and are looking for candidates that care as much as we do about making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients. Due to rapid growth we are currently seeking additional Disability Support Workers to join our team.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability).
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Providing capacity building supports to clients.
- Providing community access and social participation supports to clients.
- Completing administrative tasks.
- Participating in quality assurance and business development activities.
