AddressAnahata Care are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our small team for NDIS participants in the Port Lincoln area.
As a Support Worker with Anahata Care you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals of varying ages with disabilities.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about helping others, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is able to work independently and part of a team.
Some key responsibilities:
Providing personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming.
Assisting with community access and participation.
Supporting clients with employment goals, maintaining accurate and timely records of client progress notes.
To be considered for the role you will need:
A cert III or IV in disability, individual support or a related field (Or willing to obtain)
A current First aid certificate (or willing to obtain before start date)
A valid drivers license
NDIS Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to start date)
NDIS worker introduction module
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and passive sleepovers.
