Disability Support Worker

We are seeking Disability Support Workers to work with our client living with OCD with domestic tasks, community support (shopping) and daily living based in Ascot Park.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Mental Health required, preferably supporting clients with OCD
• Person-centered approach with a proactive attitude towards encouraging participants to thrive.
• Willingness to engage during challenging moments and consistently follow plans and directions provided by Allied Health professionals.

Shifts Available:
We are seeking flexible availability to work afternoon shifts from 3:00pm on week days & weekends.

Requirements:

• NDIS workers screening check - must be current
• SA Working with children check - must be current
• NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willing to obtain
• Car with Comprehensive Insurance
• Drivers Licence
• Adherence to all mandatory directives per your state or territory.

Pay Rate:
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates

• Base hourly rate: $32.73
• afternoon shift: $36.00
• Night shift $36.65
• Saturday: $45.82
• Sunday: $58.91
• public holiday: $72.00
