McArthur Community Care is a Registered NDIS Provider in Victoria. We specialise in delivering individualised and flexible supports through a holistic and person-centred approach to maintain independence and social connection with the community. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to maintain people's independence, choice and control.

The Role

We are seeking qualified Disability Support Workerswho have specific experience in working with people who have a range of disabilities including intellectual, ABI, neurological, cognitive, sensory, physical impairment, psycho-social and autism.

Successful Candidates

The successful candidate will need to be reliable, caring, compassionate and flexible to work with a wide range of people living with disabilities.

The Team

Our Community Care Team will offer you your own dedicated Service Coordinator to support you on a daily basis and ensure you have 24/7 support from our dedicated After-hours team and hotline. You will also have ongoing 1:1 Supervision and Support by a Workforce Coordinator whose role is to ensure your Mental and Physical Wellbeing is maintained.
