The Role
Morcare have multiple vacancies for sleepover shifts with our client base. A sleepover shift means that you sleep at night on the clients premises for a period of 8 hours, where you will have access to your own room, clean linen, and the use of appropriate facilities including food preparation.
These shifts also have 'active' hours attached before and after the sleepover component to assist the client with their nighttime or morning routines.
A competitive sleepover allowance is paid in addition to any active work performed.
Sleepover Locations:
- Aspendale Gardens
- Dandenong North
- Moorabbin
- Black Rock, and;
- Brighton
The work pattern to support clients with active work and sleepovers is similar to the following:
- Active work: 4:30pm - 10:30pm
- Sleepover: 10:30pm - 6:30am
- Active work: 6:30am - 9:00am
A Certificate or qualification that relates to Support Workers duties is preferred, but not required. We consider transferable skills and personal experience as part of your application.
