- Are you passionate about creating positive change to the lives of people living with a disability, and supporting them to achieve their goals?
- Are you willing to work with in line with VPS values, policies and procedures?

Here at VPS, we put more weight towards individual values and attitude instead of extensive experience because our philosophy is that attitude and values aligned with VPS vision cannot be taught, everything else can be learned over time!
As part of a team focused on delivering great experiences, you will support and assist our program participants to do what they love and learn new exciting skills. You will also help build diverse and inclusive communities that deliver on the amazing experiences our participants expect from VPS.
Whether you support a participant in their home; out and about in the community; or you might even be working with other allied-health professionals - every day you will have the chance to make a big difference — for your participants, your team, and yourself.
You will make the most of your own passions to help participants bring their personal goals and projects to life. No one day is the same for a VPS Worker; whether it is supporting a participant to prepare for a job interview, attending live gigs, navigating the world of dating or creating household routines, our supports are meaningful and encourages growth for our participants, ourselves and our community.
