· Experience working in an aged care facility, in-home, or a community Support Worker
· Holds relevant qualifications or working towards (Cert III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent)
· NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
· Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
· Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19 and Seasonal Influenza
· Have legal work right in Australia
· Can commit at least 2-3 shifts per week and willing to take short shifts
· Has flexible availability and commitment to an ongoing roster
· Has caring nature, loves to engage with people, and possess a 'can do' attitude
· Can provide at least two solid references
What in your resume is important but we are looking for individuals that has a calling and passion to render genuine support services from the HEART.
Preferred but not essential criteria:
Experience working with people living with functional or mental disability
Current First Aid & CPR Training
Driver’s license & and fully insured car
Experience with Manual Handling
Experienced with Medication Assistance
Understanding of person-centred approach

What will you do?
Support Worker’s are responsible with the following but not limited to:
Assist participants in all activities of daily living including mobility and hygiene
Assist participants with domestic duties such as general maintenance and cleaning
Assist participants with social and community engagements such as being a companion in social and sporting events, or run errands (doctor’s appointments, shopping)
