We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team in the Perth Metro area, and play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for those we support.

What you'll do:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a critical role in the lives of participants by:

• Providing person-centered support to participants with disabilities
• Assisting participants in achieving their personal goals 
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Promoting community inclusion and social engagement

What you'll need:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the Disability Sector
• Ability to work a mixture of morning and afternoon shifts
• Experience with challenging behaviour and working within the framework of behaviour support plan
• Experience with communication plans and (PODD/Communication devices)
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
• Mental health experience (desirable)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Provide First Aid
• Drivers licence (Green P Plates minimum)
