We are currently seeking an passionate educators to work in the OSHC program in a specialist school setting . If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or Disability Support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.
The Role
Run child focused programs for school aged children in a specialist school setting
High staff to student ratio to ensure every child’s individual needs are met
Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play and have fun
Maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff
Extensive training and onboarding with ongoing support
Career development and progression pathways
Be the face of TheirCare in your school community, creating lasting relationships along the way
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the educator role would have the following:
Experience and confidence in the Disability Support and childcare sector
High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:
In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:
Employee Working with Children Check
First Aid + CPR Certificate
Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Cert 3/Diploma level qualification
