Your Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll be integral to our mission, helping clients lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities include:
- Personal care assistance
- Emotional support and companionship
- Meal prep and dietary management
- Help with daily activities and household chores
- Escorting clients to appointments and community activities
We Need You to Have:
- Relevant qualifications or current studies in a related field
- A valid Blue Card and NDIS Screening Card
- First Aid & CPR certifications
- A valid Driver's License (front and back)
- Proof of working rights
- Covid Vaccination Certificate and a clean Criminal History Check
- Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (if driving for work)
- Experience in Disability Support or a similar role
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability for various shifts, including weekends and evenings
