Disability Support Worker

We're currently seeking passionate Disability Support Worker individuals who are eager to work for our clients at Tweed Heads, Ballina & Lismore.

Role Expectations: 

 As a Disability Support Worker, you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by.  

• Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience  
• Provide personal care assistance with daily living.  
• Mobility assistance in accordance with participant care plans  
• Build relationships with our participants and visitors.  
• A team player who enjoys having FUN at work  
• Display exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.  
• Maintain accurate health care documentation as required.  

We offer: 

• Hourly rates ranging from $34.00 - $72.56 +super.

What we require from you:  

• NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card  
• Police Check (Up to date) 
• Working With Children / Blue Card (Preferred)  
• Certificate III/ IV or Paid Experience  
• First Aid & CPR Certificate  
• Driver’s License  
• Flu vaccine  
• Fully Covid 19 vaccinated and booster shot would be desirable as per NSW Health Regulations  
• Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc)
