WEmpower Services – Where Care Leads to Empowerment, is a Registered NDIS Service Provider for assisted support services in Australia. Our services include in-home support, travel and transport, community access/ group activities and SSRC respite care.

About you

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who want to contribute and provide exceptional support to our clients. You will demonstrate the ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with people.

Key requirements are

• Hold an industry related qualification
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Workers Check
• Have a Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID0011) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
• Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
• Flexibility to work on rosters based on service requirements
• Can support others with personal care and domestic duties in a respectful way
• Have the capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job that may include manual handling tasks
• Have good computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
