We are looking for individuals who have Team Leader experience within the SIL environment, or similar. You will be tasked with coordination of participants within your caseload, close liaison with their families and stakeholders, as well as leadership of a team of DSWs.

What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum Cert IV in Disability or equivalent
- Skills in coaching and mentoring to support growth and development of Support Workers in delivering high quality services to Participants and their families
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role (Disability and Shared Living experience preferred)
- Proven ability in participant case management including stakeholder management.
- Promote our values, including the human right for everyone to be contributing members of the community
- Willingness to share ideas and think outside the box
- Demonstrate a clear commitment to the Core Values of Identitywa
- Coaching experience (desirable)
- A working knowledge of the NDIS, and experience in working with participants to achieve their goals in line with their NDIS plan.
