In this role, you will be working for our Media & Signage business which forms part of the CV group.
The team provides custom digital and static signage solutions for our clients. We have full in-house capability to design and manufacture signage at our Hendra Head Office as well as a national installation team.
With over 130 team members, the business is one of the largest and most respected signage businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch Assistant to join our Media & Signage business based at our Hendra location.
As our Dispatch Assistant, you will:
- Dispatch all orders and deliveries
- Complete quality inspection of goods prior to dispatch
- Identification, labelling and picking of goods
- Booking and liaising with transport companies as required
- Accurate maintenance of records of all goods, including undertaking regular stock counts
- Ensure equipment and store areas remain clean, tidy, and operationally ready
- Receive deliveries as required
- Workplace Health & Safety
About You
- Forklift License
- Previous Dispatch experience
- Developed computer skills, with experience booking freight on-line and via telephone
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Be enthusiastic, practical, hardworking, disciplined and have a willingness to learn
- Be physically fit and healthy
