AddressAn exciting opportunity has become available for an Office Dispatch Assistant to provide support in the dispatch department for our Pole Manufacturing Plant in Takura.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Adherence to safety protocols and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Utilize scanning equipment to track inventory and shipments.
- Conduct QC inspections on poles and other products.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or defects in products to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Maintain organized records of dispatch activities, including shipping documents and QC reports.
- Assist with data entry tasks related to dispatch and inventory management systems.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues in the dispatch department to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues or address customer inquiries related to dispatch and quality control.
Please note: This is a casual role to begin start with potential to convert to full time.
Passing pre-employment medical & D&A screening is a requirement.
