The Dispatch Assistant role is to provide on the ground support to staff and management to ensure the productivity, maintenance and trade of Murra Wolka runs smoothly and effectively. This position is responsible assisting other individual staff members and whole team KPI targets being met within management’s given timeframes & guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
Main Jobs and Responsibilities
- Assist dispatch co-ordinator in picking and packing boxes
- Re-stocking shelves & stock counts
- Various administration tasks
- Quality control
- Use of laser machines
- Framing assistant
- Assembling & preparation of frames
- Use of mat cutter machine
- General cleaning and maintenance of areas
- WPS knowledge/skills
- Good communication skills
Mandatory Requirement/Special Conditions
1. Preferably 3 years relevant experience
2. Own reliable transport is required
3. An open class Manual driver’s licence is essential
4. Graphic design experience desirable but not essential.
This is a full-time role for 37.50 hours per week over a 4-day roster. Flexible hours are available upon negotiation.
