Dispatch Assistant

Chandler Macleod currently has a very exciting opportunity for Dispatch Assistant in the Goulburn Valley area.
In this role, you will be responsible for

• Coordinating with Team Leaders

Work in coordination with the Team Leader's directions.

• Maintaining a Safe Work Environment

Follow standards and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

• Monitoring Delivery Schedules

Update and manage transportation systems and delivery schedules.

• Implementing Accuracy Processes

Ensure all deliveries maintain a high level of accuracy.

• Maintaining Housekeeping

Keep the dispatch area clean and organized.

• Continuous Operations Improvement

Innovate to enhance dispatch operations continuously.

• Ensuring Quality Standards

Ensure that finished goods meet quality standards.
