Dispatch Coordinator

As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate and control the dispatch of our products, ensuring high levels of customer service are met. You will be interacting with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain and sales, to ensure high levels of customer service are being met.

What Will You Do?

• In this critical role, you will be responsible for:
• planning, coordinating and controlling the dispatch of goods.
• Led and control inventory integrity within the site warehouse and ensuring accuracy of the stock holding at all times
• accurate data entry in dispatching orders and expediting incoming orders
• liaising with customer service, sales and operations teams, along with third-party transport providers
• upholding the high safety standards of the site predominantly with issues related to transportation, Chain of Responsibility and Load restraint compliance

More About You

• We are on the lookout for a dedicated team player who has the following:
• the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• knowledge and experience of MS Office and Epicor or similar ERP systems
• effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration with departments and teams
• a positive attitude and willingness to work within the team
