- Ensure project owners comply with project management processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, management and workshop execution teams.
- Engineering Degree.
- Post-qualification experience and accreditation in product development.
- Solid understanding with engineering design tools (programming tools, CAD, CAE, etc.).
- Demonstrated senior experience specifying, designing, or testing Rolling Stock Mechanical systems such as above deck, bogies, structures, noise, vibrations, mechanical sub-systems, and dynamics.
- Working knowledge of industry standards from AS/RISSB and EN series.
- Rolling Stock senior level awareness of mechanical design, manufacture and test obligations relating to environmental performance, dynamics, RAMS, SIL, and the demonstration of safety SFAIRP.
- Experience participating and coordinating a purchasing process.
- Experience in contractor engagement and contractor management process.
- Expertise in certain fields, such as:
- Product development tools and processes.
- Standards and technical governance, or other engineering fields.
- Contribute to writing processes and standards.
