Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare paperwork for truck drivers collecting cargo from our warehouse yard, utilizing the transport management system.
- Coordinate incoming trucks to the yard via two-way radio communication.
- Operate the public weighbridge, accurately recording weights of trucks and other vehicles.
- Manage visitor access to the site.
- Liaise with external drivers and the general public.
- Coordinate warehouse deliveries with SEQH drivers.
- Assist in warehouse operations.
- Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/traits:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in the transport industry is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
