Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Guide customers through the Display Home and highlight its features.
- Close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the product and the real estate market.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare and present tender proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Update and manage variations to designs and contracts as requested by clients.
- Present architectural plans to clients and provide expert guidance on design choices.
- Finalize all necessary documentation for approval processes, ensuring all standards and regulations are met.
*Requirements:*
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred language proficiency: Vietnamese, Chinese, Nepali, or Indian.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of architecture plans and approval processes is a plus.
