About the role
You will be responsible for:
- General commercial litigation with respect to a wide variety of contractual matters.
- Working with a cohesive team on a broad variety of commercial litigation matters.
- Effectively communicating with substantial private client on complex commercial disputes.
- Facilitating communication between conflicting parties.
- Preparing documents applicable to relevant laws to conflict resolution proceedings.
You will need to have:
- Less than 4 years PQE with experience in Dispute Resolution.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Committed to developing in your career in the area if Dispute Resolution.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
