Your new opportunity…
A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join us as the Distribution Centre Manager at Hazelmere, WA where you will support CCEP Retail, route and regional despatch, inbound receivals, internal storage and customer service in a safe and efficient manner. This role will be responsible for the day to day running of the Distribution Centre and implementing strategic continuous improvement. What will you be doing?
- Manage and evaluate warehouse activities to achieve operational budgets and control associated indirect costs.
- Ensure key performance indicators which measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operations are achieved
- Coordinate and communicate warehouse operational policies and procedures.
- Perform daily and weekly operational planning to optimise labour and MHE.
- Perform ongoing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) reviews and operations validation
- Execute peak season events as planned.
- Maintain physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and ensuring efficient space utilisation
- Develop and execute Continuous Improvement projects
- COR audit and contractor compliance measures
- Customer Service (Internal & External) - DIFOT, returns, truck turnaround time, NCRs
- All regional loads are dispatched securely, on-time and accurately and all interstate loads are off-loaded and dispatched on-time
- Perform process enhancements to deliver safety, customer service and costs targets
- Develop labour optimisation initiatives
- Minimise damages through packing improvements and behaviour management
- Manage CCEP, TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company) and governmental governance and regulatory compliance procedures for the site related to operations.
- Conduct investigations into warehouse incidents to verify and resolve.
- Review training programs within the Supply Chain to ensure adherence to compliance and processes and initiate/recommend changes where required.
Let's talk about you…
- 5 years' experience at a leadership level within an FMCG Supply Chain highly desirable.
- Strong financial and business acumen demonstrated through previous experience.
- Experience generating solutions through continuous improvement and initiatives driving enhanced performance.
- Change management experience and the ability to lead and influence a team through periods of major change.
- Hands on experience with SAP and previous experience operating in a warehouse management system.

- Lean or Six Sigma qualifications
