We are seeking skilled Distribution Lineworkers to join our team in New South Wales. As a Distribution Lineworker, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing, maintaining, and repairing overhead electrical distribution systems. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications & experience

• Cert III ESI Distribution Overhead
• HRW License EWP over 11m -WP
• HRW License Dogging -DG
• HRW License Forklift -LF (Preferred)
• HRW License Basic Rigging -RG (preferred)
• HRW License Crane license -C2 (preferred)
• NSW HR Heavy Vehicle License
• Competent driving road ranger gear box (Preferred)
• Current Ausgrid ESR Training
• Liaising with network authorities and other work crews

Tasks & responsibilities

• Construction and maintenance of overhead and underground power lines
• High and low voltage linework
• Cable jointing
• Electrical network alterations
• Establishing new connections and managing new subdivisions
• Substation upgrades
• Relocating overhead lines
• Installing and upgrading street lighting
• Performing high voltage maintenance
• Locating and repairing faults
