About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Distribution Manager with Wholesale experience who can drive and execute sales and new business development within the target market. Ideally, the successful candidate will have an existing client base to work from and is looking for a boutque firm where they can promote the business to the wider rmarket.
Key Responsbilities:
- Regularly engage with target clients to maintain current knowledge and understanding of their portfolios.
- Actively pursue potential clients, involving the other teams in the business and affiliate managers as needed to secure opportunities and grow assets under management.
- Collaborate with the wider team and affiliate managers to customise marketing materials for specific clients and upcoming presentations, RFPs, and other marketing collateral.
- Contribute to the existing client base and product strategy discussions to uncover new opportunities.
- Conduct research and market analysis to expand the firm's prospect client list.
Skills & experience
- Distribution or sales experience within the funds management space.
- Ideally, some wholesale distribution experience or an excellent knowledge of this area of the market.
- Excellent sales process adherence and CRM management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of autonomy.
