Your New Role
This newly created full time position will support divisional leadership (Divisional GM Finance, Operations Heads, BU Finance Teams, and Group Corporate interaction as required). You will play a key role in compiling and analysing consolidated management reports, valuable insights & analysis, and deep dives into individual businesses and product lines. You'll also be involved in division wide projects, upgrades, implementations, roll-outs, and drive continuous improvement. Using ERP data, Excel and PowerBI, you'll be able to present your findings to steer decision making and ultimately impact bottom line performance. You'll work in a small corporate team, whilst providing analytical and financial reporting support to a number of BU's around the globe.
Your Profile
This is a developmental role designed for a junior analyst to jump in an learn the company, add value through commercial, strategic thinking, and grow over time into a future leader. You have a few years of accounting experience in either corporate, BU, or public practice and ready to kickstart your next chapter as an analyst. You have a passion for data driven decisions, make technology sing, and have excellent stakeholder engagement/communication skills across all mediums (MS Teams, Face to Face, Email and Phone). You thrive in an environment where your role is a mix of routine responsibilities and value added analysis and special projects. It is likely you have between 3-5 years post graduate experience and have completed or very close to completing your CA/CPA/CIMA qualification. Given the level of the position and prestige of the company, academics will be strongly considered, a bachelor's degree in a related field with Distinction or High Distinction average from top universities will be a real advantage.
