When you start, you will be building the desk from a client and candidate perspective. As this grows you will have the opportunity to start and build your team.
This is a 360-degree role, with the capacity to turn into a senior leadership role quickly. This all made even easier to achieve by being given the following support:

Requirements:
- Recruitment experience in the engineering and construction sector (Minimum Senior Level)
- Previous experience starting and building a successful desk.
- The ability to work autonomously, seek out opportunities and turn opportunities into revenue.
- Ambition to grow a desk into a division and grow your own team.
- Proven history in successful business development.
- Knowledge on how to attract, source and convert passive candidates, without just relying on adverts.
- You love to talk, but you are even better at taking action!
