The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Divisional Personal Assistant to join the Clinical Operations Team at Northern Health.
The Divisional Personal Assistant is required to provide administrative support to a nominated portfolio/s within the Clinical Operations Office, supporting the Divisional Dirrectors within the portfolios of the Surgical and Emergency Division. The role encompasses effective coordination of the day-to-day administration of the portfolio/s, including assisting in divisional planning, roster and payroll assistance, minuting committee meetings, determining work priorities and meeting deadlines, diary management, timesheet management as well as exercising self-direction and flexibility.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Provide administrative support to the portfolio/s and all stakeholders.
- Use own initiative and good judgement in relation to prioritisation of demands, demonstrating prompt attention, sense of action relating to urgent matters and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to Precise diary management including exercising discretion in determining and juggling appointments and priorities.
- Provide committee meeting secretariat support, including collation of and distribution of meeting agenda and papers, coordination of presentations, and minuting of the meetings
- Highly motivated and demonstrate initiative.
