Purpose of the role: We have an exciting temporary opportunity until October 2024 to join the SEQ Project Delivery team as a Document and Process Officer. In this role you will provide records management and document control services, and assist with general administrative support, for the SEQ Project Delivery team, including using TRIM, Aconex and Ariba. About the Role: Provide Records Management support for projects, including being a super user of our records management system, creating electronic folders and structures, providing user access, archiving completed records, and troubleshooting issues. Provide Document Control support for projects, including creating profiles and setting up user access to the document control system, plus undertaking document control activity on an ad-hoc basis. Share your Records Management and Document Control expertise to enable others, via coaching and support of project team members and other local personnel. Assist with general administrative and project support, including purchasing supplies, assisting with onboarding new personnel, and local sourcing / procurement activities. Develop and/or quality review local procedural and Process guidelines.
