Document Controller

We are looking to recruit an experienced Document Controller for a large Renewable project, working within the PMO office. 
  
The Role:

• Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub-contractors and the project office. Issue and track location of all documents and drawings.
• Issuing of documents to project partners
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of document review and approval processes.
• Manage storage and archiving of project and organisational records.
• Develop and maintain an electronic document management system that is user-friendly, efficient, and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all company documents.
• Exploring and offering solutions to Document Control issues and challenges
• Australian working rights
• Experience in varies Electronic Document Management Systems, Mainly Team Binder, Aconex & SharePoint
