KCB Australia’s Document Control team are growing and have an immediate opening for a Document Controller in the Brisbane office. Reporting to the Civil Engineering Manager, and with support from the document control team, the role will provide a wide range of document control support. We are looking for a motivated team player who has document control experience within engineering projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant document control experience ideally gained within an engineering consultancy with a minimum of (3+) years’ experience in a Document Control role.
- Experienced user of document management systems, including Aconex, TeamBinder or similar
- Well-developed administration and organization skills with a high attention to detail
- Microsoft suite (including MS Word, MS Excel)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Document formatting and preparation skills would be an asset.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Assist with formatting, and controlled delivery of project documentation.
- Maintain project document registers, provide version and revision control of incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Attend project progress meetings as required and report on status of key deliverables.
- Liase with clients Document Controllers, with relation to project specific document control procedures.
- Ensure all project documentation is prepared, reviewed, and approved according to KCB’s and/or client’s relevant standards and procedures.
- Assist with ad hoc project administration tasks as required.
