About the role We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Document Controllers to work on a resources project based in the Albany Region of Western Australia. This role will operate on a FIFO or DIDO basis. Key responsibilities: Provide day to day support and guidance on all document control processes regarding the planning, collection, creation, receipt, capturing, organisation, use, dissemination, maintenance, protection, preservation and disposition of all project documents Maintain the integrity of the Document Collaboration System, ensure its successful and effective use and identify improvement opportunities for continued development. Liaise with management, clients, project teams and all other interested parties regarding the maintenance and transmittal of correspondence. Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including management, client, user groups and subcontractors.
