The Role
In accordance with Agency policies, procedures and infection control protocols and guidelines, the Domestic Services Officer will:
Perform a wide range of high standard cleaning services for wards and other areas within the Midlands Multi-Purpose Health Centre (MMPHC) (Oatlands, Tasmania).
Provide a laundry service to MMPHC.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks and delivery of patient’s/resident’s meals.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term, casual shift-worker position, working as and when required, commencing from April 2024 for approximately twelve (12 months).

Salary
$58,184 - $59,580 pro rata per annum + our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Plus 25% Casual loading - Equivalent of $36.80 - $37.68 per hour.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Salary range is in accordance with Health and Human Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award
