What you bring to the Kingdom.
- Experience in leading a team within a high-volume retail or hospitality environment
- Experience delivering excellent customer experience
- Experience in managing financials, i.e Sales targets, labour targets, cost controls & wastage
- Willingness to learn, take initiative & think on your feet
- Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
- Working with Management team to improve procedures.
- Proven management experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with Profit and Loss statements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to achieve exceptional sales results.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for training, developing and motivating team members.
- High attention to detail
- Problem & conflict resolution skills
- A reliable and 'can-do' attitude
- Available to work on weekdays and weekends, including opens and closes – 38 hours total.
On offer is an attractive base salary of up to $62,000 + Superannuation, and the potential to earn an additional 20% annually (paid quarterly and equating to potentially an additional 10 weeks’ pay/year) through our rewarding Incentive Program with further uncapped earning potential based on over delivery of targets.
