Daniel Cassettai Design is a small, award winning, multidisciplinary design practice. We understand that each client, brief and site provides us with a new opportunity to create a successful building and observe the effects that they have on our clients and their lives.

Qualifications & experience

• We are looking a Draftsperson with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Sound knowledge of NCC and Residential Design Codes.
• Motivated, autonomous, and detail focused individuals that pride themselves on delivery and presentation
• You will have obtained either a Cert IV in Residential Drafting, Diploma of Building Design, or other relevant qualification.
• ArchiCAD skills are essential.
• Experience with Twinmotion is desirable, but not essential.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Documentation of residential projects (single, grouped, and multi-dwelling)  from design development to construction.
• Ensure compliance with building and planning codes and regulations.
• Co-ordinate documentation with consultants, builders, and government authorities.
