We are looking for an experienced Coordinator who works across teams to ensure that schools are well supported and following the practices.
Our product innovation team drives the organisation’s innovation projects working across build, implement and operate phases to deliver new products and services that delight our customers. The team’s current focus is on delivering a range of education products that require this Coordinator to set up spreadsheets, work on documentation, share information, coordinate activities with schools and a range of other tasks.
Must be able to get up to speed quickly, be good at thinking on your feet, delivering to tight timelines and have strong communications skills.
The success of this role is measured by how much teams adhere to processes and practices and to ensure all work is effectively prioritised, planned and delivered through weekly output.
Selection Criteria (applicant must respond to the top five points)
Experience in:
- Develop weekly production report describing issues and anomalies and actions taken to resolve them.
- Conduct weekly meetings with team members and take action on anomalies.
- Provide operational support to individuals and groups.
- Create documentation and update operating manuals and registers.
- Maintain spreadsheets.
- Coordinate team training.
- Use custom project management software.
Must have:
- 5 to 10 years project coordination experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong background working on projects and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
