Role Overview
Based in our Mackay Head Office and working alongside experienced Engineers, our designers draft a wide range of components and assemblies, layouts, proposals and concept designs used throughout the water and waste water industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively utilise 2D and 3D drafting software (Inventor) to carry out detailed design works, flow diagrams and schematics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure drawings meet specifications as set by the client and / or relevant standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide input in the development of conceptual designs and projects
Eligibility
- Well developed skills in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD software - Solidworks experience highly regarded
- High level attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
Desirable, but not essential
- Understanding of water / waster water industry products and solutions or similar industries
