The Drug & Alcohol clinician is part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing expert Drug & Alcohol clinical services in collaboration with consumers, carers and other care providers using an integrated and person-centred approach.The purpose of the position is to provide Drug and Alcohol assessments, client focused treatment, case management and counselling for clients who present with substance use problems and/or comorbidity issues. Actively collaborating with Mental Health services in treatment planning and provision with shared care clients.
