We believe in working smarter - not harder - and our industry-leading technology and processes mean you spend less time doing paperwork and more time delivering good old-fashioned patient care.
Why You’ll Fit Right In.
You have a good sense of adventure and are willing to try new things. We’re looking for open-minded leaders who take a systematic approach to their work, have strong critical thinking skills and are passionate about patient care. If you’re confident in your nursing ability but know your limitations and when to ask for help, our award- winning systems will support you to work at the top of your scope.
We Love Our Midwives!
As a Registered Nurse/midwife your practice will lead to excellence in the care of women and their families, by your understanding of the importance of establishing a relationship between the women and yourself in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. You demonstrate the core midwifery values of patient centred care, trust and respect in every interaction with the women, families and colleagues. You are accountable for establishing and evaluating the women’s plan of care in partnership with the woman, and other members of the health care team.
