We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join our management team.
You enjoy leading a team, building capability and have exceptional customer service skills.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coaching, Guiding and Leading and co-ordination of team members in the clubs day to day operations, including training and mentoring.
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all areas of the Club including gaming, reception, all food and beverage services, entertainment, promotions and functions
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements and Club policies
- Demonstrating customer service excellence
Your capabilities include:
- Leading & Developing others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comprehensive Industry knowledge and understanding of all club day to day operational activities
- Building effective relationships
- Strong understanding of financial controls
- Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach to conflict resolution
- The ability to work rostered shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- RSA and RCG
