About the role
The Duty Manager position is a hands-on role in which you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and engage with customers to ensure a great overall shopping environment.
This position involves managing the front end, ensuring employees adhere to company policies and are delivering exceptional customer service. You will be required to manage staff rosters and follow the end-of-day closing procedures. roster shifts
You must be available to work Tuesday to Saturday (12 PM - 8 PM shift).
Instore training will be made available.
Experience required for the role:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Experience in a service-driven industry, with friendly interpersonal skills.
