Position objectives: To assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient operation of The Club Beaudesert at all times. To specifically work in the operations of Food & Beverage, Gaming, & Administration departments helping ensure each department runs efficiently, effectively and that the highest standards are maintained. To further improve the profitability of each Department by driving sales.
Key responsibilities: Hands on position and management of Food & Beverage, Gaming, TAB and Administration departments. Assist in the organisation and management of conferences & functions. Support to the General Manager and Assistant Manager in all other club operations.
REQUIREMENTS
You'll need to be a champion of all things service and hospitality, and:
- Work as part of our team to create a fun & inviting atmosphere for our customers.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance and cash handling procedures.
- Need to be flexible as you will work a 4 day rotating roster, shifts include nights, weekends and public holidays. Our opening hours are 10am-12am
- Have demonstrated experience in a similar role (2 years or more preferred) in a high volume customer environment.
- Hold a current RSA, RSG and RMLV.
- Be able to think on your feet as you learn and adapt to an ever changing environment.
- Barista Skills favourable but not essential.
