This position has been created due to the continued growth of the club over recent years.
Position Overview:
As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our club and upholding our commitment to excellence in customer service, product, and delivery. Working closely with various departments, you’ll ensure high standards are maintained whilst ensuring a friendly and inclusive atmosphere is fostered for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Oversee customer service delivery, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to club policies and procedures.
- Monitor the quality of products and services offered, taking proactive measures to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and activities.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and patrons, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
-Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a club or hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Current RSA/Advanced RCG certifications and First Aid certification.
