SalaryWe're seeking a casual Duty Manager to fill a role that will transition to full-time 38 hours per week.
About the role
- Responsible for venue wide service to members and patrons on your shift
- Be part of the management team supporting the Assitant Manager in their role for back-of-house operations
- Assist, support and advise the General Manager on strategies to improve our service
- Rotating four week roster with nights and weekends included so you'll always know what days you have off
- Roster includes a 3-day weekend and a 4 day working week
- Work in a family oriented venue, Club staff conditions far outdo hotel staff conditions
- Get to serve regular members invested in our community

Skills and experience
- Leadership experience and skills will be highly sort after but not a minimum requirement
- Gaming Licence minimum requirement
