Golden Hotels is a family owned hospitality group that operates five large venues including, Mt Henry Tavern, Swan View Tavern, Ambrose Estate, Albion Hotel and the Tower Hotel.
We are seeking an experienced and career minded Duty Manager to join our talented team at the Tower Hotel. This venue have a strong food and beverage offering, along with sport, entertainment, TAB and hotel rooms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Venue setup and close.
- Cash handling and management.
- Staff management.
- Stock take and control.
- Customer relations.
- Strong customer focus.
- Responsible health and safety compliance.
- Responsible RSA compliance.
- High level of self presentation.
- Maintaining venue standards.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- RSA and approved management card.
- Previous experience in Management.
- TAB experience. (desirable)
- Intermediate computer skills.
- First Aid (desirable).
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
- National Police Clearance
The remuneration is negotiable and will be dependent on experience and skills. We are looking for someone who loves hospitality and are prepared to offer a minimum of 12 months. Duty meals and subsidised accommodation is supplied.
