Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy scene? We are seeking a Duty Manager for a high volume venue which hosts a diverse range of weekly events including large scale Parties, Live Bands, Drag Bingo, Quizzes & Comedy nights and a whole lot more.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a busy bar or hospitality setting. This isn't a must as we love to teach!
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management and customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
