Duty Manager

Pittwater RSL Club has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join the team. This role is ideally suited to a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive customer service at a high level. The position requires the successful applicant to always act as a role model and present as an ambassador for the Club.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Driving and providing exceptional customer service, encouraging repeat patronage and developing a rapport with Club members and guests
- Management of staff including delegation of duties, maintenance of rosters, approval of overtime, staff training and reporting employee discipline issues
- Reporting significant issues, customer feedback and recommendations to senior management
- Maintain a presence on the Club floor, ensuring all area’s of operation are running efficiently and effectively
- Providing management with feedback regarding gaming operations, staffing requirements, security, promotions and general operational requirements
- Ensure thorough knowledge of NSW RSA and RCG legislation, Workplace Health and Safety, Self Exclusion and any other government legislative requirements

Pittwater RSL Club policy and procedural training will be provided however previous experience in a like position is essential to be considered for this vacancy. Applicants must be available to work a roster including weekends, days, nights and public holidays.
This role is being offered as a full-time position, remuneration will be commensurate with experience and the appropriate level of the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010.
