About the role
We currently have a great opportunity for a FULL TIME DUTY MANAGER to join our incredible team, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a hands on role ensuring the smooth day to day operations of the club.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 1 year's experience in a similar role, although we will consider applicants willing to “step up”
- The ability to work across all operational areas
- The ability to lead, train and motivate the team
- Strong computer literacy
- A strong customer service focus
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to be organised and juggle priorities
- NSW RSA & RCG competency
You will be required to handle and oversee:
- Bar and gaming operations, including Keno
- Staff and floor management
- High level cash handling
- Till operation and balancing daily
- Stock & cellar management
- You must be available to work over a number of shifts including; weekdays/nights/ weekends and public holidays. Shifts are negotiable.
