Since 2001 we have evolved from a small screening manufacturer to one of Western Australia's most experienced and trusted providers of screening solutions for sun-shading, security, ventilation and privacy for industrial, commercial, mining and community projects.
We are looking for an experienced administrator or someone eager to learn to join our tight-knit team. We are looking to expand our already profitable business further and require an energic and hard-working administrator to make this happen.
Duties Involved
- Pleasant and welcoming customer service
- Professional email manner with Clients, Suppliers and Staff
- Excellent abilities with Microsoft – especially Outlook, Word, Excel
- Keen eye for detail
- Preparation of SWMS
- Reconciling quotes with contracts
- Preparing Client files
- Supplier ordering
- Creating and maintaining a good relationship with new and existing Suppliers and Clients
- Logistics
- Preparing Variations quotes
- Researching when required
- Scope of works for current jobs
- Filing
- Ad hoc duties
- MYOB experience highly desired but not essential

Hours will start casual with the ability to increase to four days and/or part-time.
