The successful candidate will have experience in the hospitality environment with effective management and leadership skills in promoting quality customer service and achieving corporate goals.
Your Responsibilities and Duties will include:
- Manage all facets of daily operations (Bar, Gaming, Bistro)
- Train and assist staff so as always to provide exceptional customer service
- Closing and opening operational procedures
- Ensure that company policies and Procedures (including cash control) are being adhered to by all staff
- Attention to detail and good communication skills are essential
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Willingness to thrive and overcome challenges
The successful candidate will be required to work varying rostered hours, based on the operational requirements of the Inn.
